Todd Otis is a 1984 graduate of the University of Arizona
with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate. He is
a partner in Sage Tax Group. Mr. Otis' experience includes
being an Arizona Board of Appraisal, Certified General
Real Estate Appraiser. Prior to joining Sage Tax Group
in 1997, Mr. Otis was a Senior Commercial Appraiser
with S. M. Corbett & Associates and a Commercial
Staff Appraiser with Sanders K. Solot & Associates
from 1983 through 1990. Mr. Otis has extensive appraisal
background for all types of commercial real estate,
including multi-family residential, commercial, industrial,
special purpose, condemnation, and leased fee/leasehold
properties.
