Thomas Naifeh is a graduate of the University of Arizona
and holds a B.S. in Business Administration. He is an
Arizona Board of Appraisal Certified General Real Estate
Appraiser.
Tom has been involved in the appraisal business since
1985. His past experiences include Chief Deputy Assessor
for Pima County and Co-Manager of Real Estate Tax Service
and Deloitte & Touche, Tucson. He is a partner in
Sage Tax Group.
Tom has valuation experience in most types of urban
and rural real property. He specializes in reviewing
valuations of commercial properties including regional
malls, hospitals, resorts, special purpose facilities
and contaminated properties.
