Analysis of Property Valuation

utilizes all avenues of appeal: equity, market, income and cost. We will review the assessor’s valuation of your property and compare it to valuations of similar properties in your area, and to recent market sales. If an investment property, we will analyze your income and expense statements and convert them to state-mandated forms for an appeal based on income.

Finally, when the appeal is on cost, the assessor’s computer-generated cost model will be compared to the actual components of your building, and any proof of actual cost you may be able to provide.

Representation

If an appeal is warranted, will represent you in the administrative appeal process, including: completion of all required forms; on-site inspections; meetings with the Assessor representatives and presentation before the State Board of Equalization.

Negotiations

professionals will represent you at the various levels of appeal and work to obtain the lowest possible valuations for your properties.

Reports

will provide you with reports showing the appeal results and the approximate tax for the appeal year.
