Mr. Reyes specializes in the ad valorem tax appeal of
retail and hospitality properties. Prior to joining
The Sage Tax Group, Mr. Reyes was employed by the Pima
County Assessor's Office from March 1974 through March
of 2002. He was a Level 2 DOR Certified Appraiser and
was the Senior Appraiser responsible for the valuation
of super regional malls, community neighborhood shopping
centers, strip retail centers, resort/wellness centers,
and hospital/congregate care facilities.
Additionally,
Mr. Reyes has provided expert consultation for numerous
ad valorem litigation proceedings.
