Ms. Howell specializes in ad valorem tax appeal of residential
multi-family, office, and medical properties. Prior to her
employment at Sage Tax Group, Ms. Howell was employed
by the Pima County Assessor's Office from December 1997
through February 2001. She was a Level 2 Department
of Revenue Certified Appraiser and was a Senior Property
Appraiser responsible for the valuation of commercial,
industrial and residential vacant land in Pima County.
Additionally,
Ms. Howell has been licensed to sell real estate in
the state of Arizona since 1985. She holds the designations
of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate
of Realtor Institute (GRI).
