William H. Young is employed as a Tax Consultant Specialist
at Sage. Prior to employment at Sage, Mr. Young was
employed by the Pima County Assessor where his responsibilities
included the ad valorem valuation of residential properties
and vacant land, including sales, research and litigation
services. From 1997 to 2001, he was a Hearing Officer
for the State Board of Equalization. Mr. Young has been
a member of the International Association of Assessing
Officers (IAAO) since 1979, holding numerous local,
state and international positions, and receiving several
awards.
